As a freshman studying Theatre at the University of Southern California she started  hosting at Central Park Café in Brentwood. This position started her on a career path that led her to some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles area. With places like Brentwood Bar and Grill, Daily Grill and The Grill on the Alley she learned from the best. Most importantly she learned to give back to the community.

After 35 years in the business, Colleen is proud and excited to join DD Factor as a front of house management recruiter where she can continue to give back to those special people who call restaurants their “Home”.
