We are in search of a chef for an amazing steakhouse in Southern Los Angeles.
One of several concepts within this amazing company, you will be tasked with maintaining very high quality standards while developing your crew and making sure the kitchen costs stay in line. With a private dining room being added to this restaurant, this is an exciting time to join this group and be a integral part of their Flagship restaurant’s growth and ongoing success.
You must have steakhouse experience in your background as they take what they do very seriously. Serving nothing but high quality steaks and seafood, you also must come from a past where food integrity and quality and service was the focus. The chef will have ample support from their sous chefs and you will be expected to develop, teach and train them to move up within the company. You also must have very strong administrative skills and the ability to read and interpret a P&L, recognize where costs need to be addressed and how to lower costs when needed without sacrificing quality in the guest’s experience or food.
There is plenty of room to move up within this growing company! Offering 90-110K base salary, very strong bonus and benefit package.
