High end, high volume steakhouse in search of a strong sous chef to help run our kitchen. This is a hands on position for a food passionate sous chef that is looking to learn and grow within our organization. We currently have restaurants in a few cities and are looking to develop our core management team.
You must have working knowledge of ordering, scheduling, inventory and other administrative duties. You also must have been in charge of a staff of at least 15 in your past as well. Experience with high volume, steakhouse type menus and butchery is a plus.
Salary starting around $55K, 401K and insurance with potential to grow. Offering up to $2500 for a relocation allowance as well.
