We are in search of a strong Chef de Cuisine for a beach, seafood focused restaurant. They are doing some big volume out of this location so you must have dealt with $3-$5MM in sales in your past. Strong seafood knowledge is also a plus. We are looking for a chef with some creativity and wants to put food out that makes sense for our guest, not just because you like it. This venue has multiple revenue streams so a strong multi-tasking skills are a must. This is a hands on position so if you don’t want/like to have a knife in your hand 30%+ this isn’t for you. This is for a chef that still loves to cook and get dirty when possible. We are offering up to $80K base along with other benefits and perks.
