Sous Chef needed for casual beachside restaurant doing fine dining food. You must have been a sous chef for at least 2 years and have a basic understanding of some administrative duties such as ordering, light scheduling, inventory and overseeing a crew of 6-8 people. You also must have a past working in notable restaurants doing quality, seasonal food in a fast-paced kitchen. This is a very hands on position, and you will be tasked with developing your crew while running successful shifts. This restaurant is the neighborhood gem and upholding the high standards that are in place is paramount. There is a great future with this restaurant group as they are growing ever year.
