We are searching for an EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF for a casual yet upscale dining restaurant on the west side. This place is doing high volume but the food is much more refined than restaurants doing this much volume. The menu is focused on farmer’s market/seasonal items and changes with what’s available. You will have room for creativity as well. You must have a past working in high volume but upscale, soulful and “current” food. You will be overseeing a large staff so that is also a needed tool in your box. Working knowledge of ordering, scheduling, inventory etc. is a must. Offering up to $85K and bonus/benefits for the perfect chef that can grow with them.
