A veteran operator and critically acclaimed Chef are opening a Peruvian / Spanish Restaurant near Downtown.
They are looking for a strong Senior Manager to collaborate directly with the Owner and two Junior Managers to round out the team.
The Junior Managers need knowledge of basic financial, scheduling, ordering, inventory, Health Department walk -throughs and a commitment to high service standards. As well as being passionate and presentable.
The Senior Manager should have a tenured background working with award winning Chefs where policies and procedures are in place, You will be part of the opening team so some of your responsibilities will be creating systems for catering, training, and onboarding.
Strong wine knowledge is imperative for this position as is a full understanding of all financials.
