Pastry Chef needed to oversee high volume restaurant in WeHo. You will be overseeing the entire pastry department with a staff of 3 prep cooks producing simple breads and a fairly static dessert menu. This chef will have the opportunity to create seasonal desserts and play with ice cream and sorbet flavors. There are some light administrative duties that also are part of this position. Costing out new items, monthly inventories, ordering for your needs as well as be the opening kitchen person to help with receiving of orders before other chefs arrive. This is for a team player!
