We are looking for an Executive Chef to oversee 2 of exclusive boutique hotels in the Palm Springs area. This is an amazing opportunity to show the community your culinary talents! One of the hotels has been recently redesigned and we plan on putting a lot of press behind the relaunch, so this is the perfect time for a new chef to come in and take the helm! Both hotels are rich in history and attract a high-end clientele.
The hotel’s culinary focus in on the restaurant so there is not a lot of catering. Location’s do have buy-outs and the occasional special event during the high season, but the restaurant is where the true food culture is highlighted. You must be fairly strong with administrative duties such as costs, competitive buying, scheduling, P&L but you will have strong support from our corporate offices as well.
We are a growing group that has several other properties so there is growth within our organization. We are looking for a chef that will embrace both properties and have a sense of ownership of both kitchens and become a well-known chef in the area!
