We are looking for a CDC to run a Michelin stared restaurant in Los Angeles. You MUST have a past working in a Michelin starred restaurant in your past. Your personality is a true leader, your passion for food is fresh and intense, your attention to details is hypersensitive.
You must understand the administrative part of being a chef but this position is focused on the menu, the food and putting out stellar food that will command yet another star if and when Michelin comes back to rate Los Angeles.
With plenty of room for creativity, there are some core items that will stay on the existing menu for now. This is a chance to put out your food and get noticed for your creativity. This is for a working chef as you will be expected to “touch every plate”, making sure it’s perfect – EVERY-TIME The restaurant is only open 5 nights a week, giving you the time to really research your new menu items so when they are ready for the menu, the set is perfect.
Offering up to $80K base salary, this is a phenomenal opportunity to work with one of the best chefs in Los Angeles and contribute to an amazing restaurant.
