We are looking for strong KITCHEN MANAGERS to run our Korean BBQ restaurants. We are more upscale and most of our locations cater to a younger “hipper” crowd.
We look for hard working Kitchen Managers that have some past with Korean or at least Asian food so you’re familiar with ingredients and culture. You must have been in charge of a kitchen for at least 4 years of your (at least) 10 years working in restaurants. Our Kitchen Managers need to know all administrative duties (ordering, inventory, scheduling etc) and have a working knowledge of a P&L. This is a hands on, working position and you may also be asked to work at our other locations within driving distance.
We are getting ready to open up 4 of our locations and are staffing up so we’re ready to open once we get indoor dining going. You will have 4-6 weeks of training before you take over the kitchen. We offer a competitive salary, car and cell phone allowance as well as health insurance and a bonus structure.
