We are looking for a Kitchen Manager/Chef for a fast paced, casual restaurant serving steak and seafood. This restaurant seats over 250 people so you must be able to run a large staff doing very busy lunch and dinner services. This is a hands on position that demands you being in control of your crew as well as all of the ordering, hiring, scheduling etc.
