We are searching for that diamond in the rough. A sous chef that has worked at the highest culinary level alongside some of the most innovative chefs in the country and wants to help open a new restaurant with a TWO STARRED Michelin Chef in Los Angeles. This is going to be one of the most innovative and “different” restaurants to once again, surprise Los Angeles. You must be not only extremely passionate about culinary arts and all of the senses that are excited about new food but an interest in the arts is also welcome as again, this will be a very exciting opening.
There will not be a lot of creativity but you will be working with and learning from a chef that has been know to not only push limits of food but all of the sensory experience that comes from eating and dining out.
Offering up to $110K base salary, this is an opportunity of a lifetime to work with ingredients and food that you may have never seen before and learn from a chef that is looking for a “right hand” person to work with.
