We are in search of a strong chef that has a background in high end, high volume catering. As the Executive Chef of this operation, you will be overseeing all food operations. This includes private and corporate caterings, motion picture and TV caterings and the like. You have a strong staff below you that you will be expected to oversee when it comes to quality of product, labor and food costs, R&M of the state of the art kitchen and trucks. You must have strong financial skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. This is mainly an administrative roll but you will be expected to jump in and work caterings when the schedule is full. You will also be expected to visit events to ensure professionalism, quality and guest satisfaction. Cost control is also a huge focus as again, this company is doing HUGE volume. You must come from a similar past to be considered for this position.
