We are looking for a strong R&D/ Corporate Pastry chef. This is for a very successful multi-concept, high volume, casual/fine dining restaurant company that is now ready to find the perfect talent to manage, create and push their pastry program into the next level.
You will need 5/7 Years Experience running upscale pastry programs at restaurants doing similar volume. A strong grasp of costs and the effect to the P&L is almost as important as your pastry talent. An R&D style mind-set is key to your success when it comes to: Conceptualizing, Executing, Costing, Training and Maintaining. This position does require about 10% interstate travel for roll-outs and training.
