We are in search of a chef to help oversee a restaurant doing southern Mediterranean cuisine.  Open for dinner only, this is an all scratch kitchen so knowledge of common ingredients in Turkish, Middle Eastern, Greek etc cuisines is important to your success.  They also have a pizza section on the menu. A past performing some administrative duties such as ordering, scheduling, inventory etc is also important. This is a duel concept building but you will start with the Mediterranean side.  Looking for a confident chef that can also help revisit all of the recipes with the Director of Operations to ensure the correct portions, flavor profiles and consistency is there. There is a remodel about to happen so this is an exciting time to get in and be a part of the change!
