We are looking for a Sommelier / Managerr to be wine expert as well as managing the floor during service. This is for a beautiful and busy dinner only restaurant located on the West Side.


  • Certified Sommelier
  • Create and update our wine list in coordination with the GM, Chef and Owner
  • Recommend food and wine pairings
  • Inform guests about all of the different varietals on our extensive menu
  • Advise guests on wines based on their personal taste and food choices
  • Ensure proper wine service from temperature to glassware
  • Train wait staff on available wines, new additions, exciting bottles etc
  • Organize wine tastings events
  • 2 years’ experience as a manager of an upscale restaurant with an extensive wine list
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presents as a sharp, dynamic, put together professional
